Short Stirrups (Ages 6-10)

Short Stirrups is for students who have participated in at least 8 leadline lessons and want to start riding independently. This is a 30 minute lesson. Horses will already be tacked, parental help may be required to get students mounted onto their horse. Bring a carrot for your horse each week and refrain from going into the main part of the barn, follow signs for lesson entrance. Students must wear long pants and a sturdy shoe or boot, helmets are provided and we must have a signed liability release on file at first lesson.
